Internal Medicine Physician (Part-Time)
We are seeking a part-time internal medicine physician for a growing practice in Central New Jersey. The position includes outpatient medicine, extended care facility care, and the supervision of a mid-level provider. Flexible schedule. Perfect for family and career balance. Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive evaluations of patients for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, as well as providing wellness visits for preventative care
- Outpatient settings include office and extended care facility rounding
- Appointment based patient care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws
- Knowledge of women's health a plus
Qualifications:
- Required education: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution
- Board certification or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey
- Must have current DEA registration
- Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish speaking a plus
Shifts:
- Exact days and hours are flexible (approximately 20 hours per week)
